Outstanding but could use more tips

I am hooked and spend 90 mins at least, every day, landing. Great visuals and simple to fly. It took me some time to figure out the radar and the approach angles but now I am able to land 2 of 3 times

Some of the issues I have faced and upgrade suggestions are

1) GPS like features that let me know where in the island I am located viz a viz the target
2) What does intercept mean .. I follow the 767 aircraft at a safe distance but there are no shoot buttons
3) More time to practice allignment for refuelling
4) A light appears next to the radar when you get close to the carrier or airport. what does this mean
5 The B button for air brake is not easy to reach would have been better if it was A as it will be next to the throttle
6) The carrier sometimes turns when you are approaching to land.Is that intentional
Appreciate if you could provide some tips and tricks, if any to avoid any of these issues.
